Cash bonuses for employee & client referrals CPA Bonus program for pursuing and completing your CPAJob DetailsResponsibilities Review tax returns for individuals, businesses, estates, and trusts; address complex tax issues and IRS notices. Conduct in-depth tax research and provide strategic consulting to clients. Oversee multiple client engagements, budgets, and deliverables. Support business development by meeting with prospects, preparing proposals, and expanding services. Develop client relationships through creative service enhancements and networking. Deliver in-house training, write tax-related articles, and participate in industry events. Assist with recruiting efforts and mentoring staff. Accurately record time and expenses for efficient billing. Handle additional responsibilities as assigned. Lead and mentor staff, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations. Plan and manage projects effectively.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance (Master's preferred). Active CPA license or Enrolled Agent preferred 5+ years of public accounting experience with increasing complexity in tax preparation. Proven supervisory experience (minimum two years).
