Maybell Quantum is seeking a motivated individual to join our Operations team. Our ideal team member is a hands-on individual who has experience establishing and maintaining with a robust inventory system and is excited about being part of a fast-paced and collaborative startup. They are self-motivated with strong communication skills and can work well in teams and individually. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels. Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability for production and customer orders while minimizing excess inventory. Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory items, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies. Collaborate with procurement, production, to ensure inventory gaps are escalated in a timely manner Manage and maintain inventory tracking systems, updating records to reflect real-time inventory data. Leads shelf organization efforts to ensure production team can easily find stocked parts for builds. Analyze inventory performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements. Oversees import and export freight logistics for high value items Coordinates inventory moves between locations across different Maybell Quantum facilities. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or related roles. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred). Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). In-depth understanding of inventory control procedures and best practices. Familiarity with demand forecasting, inventory turnover, and cycle counting. Experience with lean inventory practices and just-in-time (JIT) methodologies is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Base salary: $70,000/yr - $120,000/yr depending on experience and qualifications, with additional compensation in equity and bonus.
