Currently, they are looking to add a Temp Credentialing Specialist to their team.Salary/Hourly Rate$20/hr - $22/hrPosition OverviewThe company is seeking a detail-oriented Temp Credentialing Specialist to manage quality and credentialing activities. The role involves conducting audits, credentialing providers, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to leadership.Responsibilities Of The Temp Credentialing Specialist Performing provider credentialing activities including verification records review and file preparation. Assisting with outreach to support timely credentialing and re-credentialing. Compiling required data and reporting in support of credentialing agreements and external partnerships. Driving projects related to accreditation survey and audit preparation. Analyzing data and making recommendations for improvement to the credentialing programs. Analyzing quality of care complaints and quality issues. Gathering and organizing quality data.Qualifications For The Temp Credentialing Specialist 4+ years of experience in a healthcare, quality, credentialing, or start-up environment. Experience with Credentialing Software, preferably with Verifiable. Skills in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel (entering & formatting data, entering formulas, creating charts and pivot tables to communicate results) are a plus. Comfortable adopting new technologies and platforms and efficient in tech-related tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems. Passion for eliminating barriers to mental healthcare.
