You'll spearhead our sales strategies and crush staffing targets for our branch. Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth within your assigned territory. You will act as the face of AtWork representing our staffing solutions to prospective and existing clients.Key Responsibilities: Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and account management. Present and demonstrate products and services to potential customers, addressing questions and objections effectively. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve goals and expand the customer base. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers needs to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products/services. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in the CRM system. Keep the branch in compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical staffing practices.Qualifications: Proven experience in outside sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent organizational skills.
