Role Purpose Statement Oversee all aspects of hardware management and support for multiple airline customers Main Accountabilities Provide kitting/assembly service for EFB ( Device, Sled and PED) Review & Communicate Monthly Inventories of all hardware component Set up configuration for each device to be deployed Conduct quality tests on all hardware prior to deployment Verify proper software install on all devices Provide level 1 triage support for all deployed devices including troubleshooting and replacement of parts Manage the Soti MDM and any other MDM as selected by the airline. Collaborate with cross-functional team to promote communication, solicit ideas, discuss issues and identify solutions Manage Inventory and stock level of Hot and Cold Spare devices in each airline flight attendant base as per agreement. Coordinate Hardware Repair through Manufacturer or 3rd Party Suppliers Work with HDQ security department in data analysis for potential security/theft issues in the CSC. Provide 2nd level support for F/A for issues regarding hardware and software by remote access via MDM Manage Asset Management Data base to insure all devices are accounted for? Develop Invoice data for missing, damaged or lost devices to be charged to airline. Create all necessary paperwork for shipments including customs requirements for international shipping. Coordinate application updates and issue resolution along with CSM and application development team. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred Minimum three years experience in an analyst role required Experience in an airline environment preferred Certified in PMP preferred Ability to interface with all levels within the organization, as well as with internal and external customer representatives Strong organizational and communications skills with capacity to manage multiple project workload Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills Must be able to work in a cross functional/matrix environment Must have good knowledge of current mobile devices and peripherals Must be detail oriented Computer skills to include , Strong  MS  Excel, MS Access, Word, PowerPoint, SAP Successful record in stretching to exceed Corporate expectations and organizational contributions LSG Sky Chefs is an EEO and Affirmative Action Employer of Women/Minorities/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
