ResponsibilitiesThe Physical Therapist is responsible for collaborating with physicians, nurses, other therapists, social workers, and other members of the patient care team to develop a patient-specific care and treatment plan. QualificationsCompletion of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education.New Jersey Physical Therapy LicenseBasic Life Support (BLS) CertificationDemonstrates proficiency in treating pelvic floor issues in both male and female patients.
