Essential Job Functions: These are functions a qualified applicant must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation. : Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management Maintain up to date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements Respond to human resources-related inquires Develop and maintain talent management and onboarding process Create and maintain job descriptions Management of recruitment process mainly for non-exemtp positions and exempt position as needed. Process complaints regarding workplace harassment or discrimination, and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions Performs other duties and projects as assigned Required Education and Experience: The minimum education required for this position is Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or equivalent. The minimum related experience required for this position is typically 3 to 5 years of experience of relevant work experience in Human Resources. Has proficient understanding of principles in one or more functions. Must be Bilingual. The minimum related language skills required for this position is the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English and Spanish. Ability to effectively present information one-on-one and in small group situations. This position requires good written and verbal communication skills. It also requires excellent calculator, data entry, PC/computer. Must also have excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task. Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills. This position requires the incumbent to regularly utilize written and verbal communication skills, including active listening. Workers compensation experience (preferred) Physical Demands:• Must be able to sit for long periods of time• Must be able to lift up to 20lbs. Work Environment:• Environment is typically general office, though the incumbent may spend short periods in the manufacturing environments with exposure including but not limited to dust, dirt, high noise levels and variations in temperature.
