The Lead Machine Control Technician plays a key role in training of on-site personnel and maintenance teams. This means your Kiewit adventure is custom designed to meet our shared needs.ResponsibilitiesEffectively communicate with various members of the project teamsHave a complete understanding of various machine control systemsUtilizing survey equipment and strategiesAccurately utilizing Robotic Total Station Ensuring all Machine control systems are operating within their specified toleranceTraveling as needed for repairs and trainingSupervise Machine Control TechniciansField support and troubleshootingComplete minor device repairs as neededQualifications4+ years repairing machine control systems3+ years with Trimble machine control2+ years training operators with Trimble machine control1+ years in a supervisor role preferredAbility to travel up to 50%Trimble Certifications in related fields preferredCreative problem solving Ability to lift 60lbsSAP experience preferredOther Requirements:Regular, reliable attendance Work productively and meet deadlines timelyCommunicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.Perform work safely and effectively.
