Staff Accountant

Position Overview: As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and supporting the overall financial health of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing accounting, demonstrating expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial analysis. Key Responsibilities:Maintain financial records and prepare accurate monthly financial statements.Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure efficient cash flow.Conduct monthly reconciliations of accounts and assist in the year-end closing process.Analyze manufacturing costs and variances, providing insights to management.Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts based on production schedules.Assist in the audit process and prepare necessary documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity.Identify opportunities for process improvements in accounting practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory management.Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
