Our client, with an outstanding 86% retention rate, is seeking a Tax Manager. They are dedicated to fostering impactful work by growing their people, elevating their clients, and strengthening their communities.As a Tax Manager in their high-net-worth tax practice, you'll play a vital role in guiding individual tax clients through the complexities of wealth transition across generations.Responsibilities:Review and interpret legal documents related to estate and business succession planning.Conduct technical research on individual, trust, and estate compliance and planning matters.Educate and assist clients with varying levels of income tax and estate planning knowledge.Optimize tax benefits by analyzing individual, trust, and estate tax situations from multiple perspectives.Develop and implement wealth transition plans focusing on cash flow projections, estate preservation, and business succession.Manage client relationships, offering proactive solutions to enhance the client experience.Prepare marketing materials and deliver internal and external webinar trainings.Prepare and review highly complex tax returns, including individual, trust, estate, and non-profit returns.Mentor and coach staff, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to deadlines.Participate in business development initiatives and collaborate with the firm's Wealth Transition Services team.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an active CPA license, law degree, or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification.5+ years of public accounting experience, specifically with ultra-high-net-worth clients and their entities.Expertise in individual income tax and estate tax planning (experience with flow-through entities or private foundations is a plus).Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong multitasking abilities and a track record of meeting deadlines.Experience with business development and networking.Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship, now and in the future.Salary: 110,000-$160,000 (dependent on experience, education, and skills)Please send your resume in Word format to:Lauren (Sigfred) FurthPremier Financial Searchlsigfred@Let's Connect & Explore Your OptionsWe are actively hiring for a range of positions across multiple firms.
