To Apply for this Job Click HereOur client's rapidly growing and well-established steel erection company seeks an experienced and hands-on Commercial Construction Risk Safety Manager. The organization builds structural steel frames for single-story, multi-story, mixed-use commercial, and warehouse spaces. Pre-construction and planning through the final closing, you will work with the team to ensure smooth and safe delivery of all projects and mitigate risk on the site level, as well as company-wide.Risk Safety Manager PerksAnnual base salary up to the $130k range, DOEHealth Insurance401(k)Opportunity for growth within a small, family-oriented organizationRelocation assistanceRisk Safety Manager Qualifications3+ years of related Commercial Construction Risk Management experience, structural steel industry preferredCurrent hands-on experience with Risk Identification & Assessment/ Incident Investigation/ Insurance & Claims ManagementOSHA 500 or 510 Certification, and/or OSHA HAZWOPER, preferredCRM, ARM, or other relevant certifications highly preferredComputer aptitude-proficient in MS Office, Smart Sheets, and Drop BoxExtensive background in safety audits, inspections, investigations, and general site safety paperworkExperience with high-profile, complex projects including state and federal projects and government compliance Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with both field and office teamsValid driver's license in good standing requiredIdentify potential risks that could impact the safety, financial stability, and reputation of the company, including project, operational, financial, compliance, and environmental risks.Conduct regular risk assessments and develop detailed risk reports for leadership.Develop and implement risk management strategies and protocols to minimize impact on the organization *(always thinking ahead).Work closely with HR, safety, project management, and finance to establish preventative measures and improve existing processes.At Goodwin Recruiting we are committed to our core values.
