Recovery Skip Trace SpecialistThe Recovery Skip Trace Specialist is responsible for investigating and preventing financial losses within the company, typically related to charge offs. This is accomplished with skip tracing, and occasionally target calling charged off accounts.Essential Functions Skip tracing to include TLOs and internet research for assigned accountsSpotting trends on charged off loans when Skip TracingTarget calling accounts, when necessaryRequired Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent required2 years customer service or skip tracing experience requiredFinancial industry experience preferredBilingual (English and Spanish) candidates preferredAttention to detail and accuracy requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills requiredProficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to thrive in a fast paced work environmentPhysical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, visualize, talk, hear, and handle or touch objects or controls. The employee may occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.This position is an office-based position where you must be able to sit for long periods of time. The employee will be working on a computer 90% of the time.
