Unitek Technical Services provides supplier management, development, and related technical services to corporations around the world.Job Description:The ability to perform in-process and final source inspections including First Article inspections per AS9102 Quality StandardsThe ability to read and understand complex engineering drawings, specifications, geometric dimensioning and tolerances per ANSI/ ASME Y 14.5.The ability to perform mechanical measurement for verifying the compliance of complex machined, formed, and assembled aircraft/engine components. Prior experience with:Mechanical Skills: (MCH - MACHINING,GEN MECHANICAL)Special Process Skills: (CHM - CHEMICAL,WLD - WELDING,PLT - PLATING)Supply Chain Management Skills: (FIRST ARTICLE INSPECTION)Scope of Work: "‹Inspect IAW drawing and purchase order requirements paying attention to industry standards, First Article Inspection Report documentation verification and sign when requiredSpecification Knowledge Selected: MIL-STDNote:Part-Time activity; estimated of 10 hours weekly; 4 hour every visitLocation: Multiple Suppliers in South Bend IN and Jenison MIIt is a W-2 Contract: Indefinite as needed.
