Job DescriptionCommercial Lines Technical AssistantGreat independent agency seeking to add a Commercial Lines Technical Assistant to their large market commercial lines team.QualificationsWork with Account Manager(s) or Team Leaders to assist in the issuance, renewal,change/update, endorsement and/or modification of policies on assigned accountsPerform data entry work not limited to applications, spreadsheets, insurance legaldocuments, mailing labels, form letters and other related documentsManage and distribute insurance legal documents including, evidences of insurance,certificates of insurance and automobile ID cards to clientsManage assigned documentation from paper to electronic form including bar coding andscanningProvide technical assistance to Producers, New Business Marketing Managers orCommercial Account Managers as requiredMaintain company procedures in documentation and maintenance of client information inEPIC databaseAssist in the underwriting process including ordering and researching reports and records asrequired for placement of new and/or renewal businessRequiredActive 2-20 or 4-40 license.Strong Excel skills.$50,000-$55,000 plus great benefitsINDTJG
