We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Partner to join the Firm to lead our Advisory Services practice. This is a hybrid role based out of our Rochester, NY office. Applicants must be willing to travel to the area or willing to relocate. Review of qualified candidates will commence in January 2025. Position Overview:As the Advisory Services Partner, you will play a key leadership role in expanding and managing our advisory services practice. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-level advisory services, maintaining client relationships, and leading a team of professionals. Your strategic vision and expertise will directly contribute to the growth and success of the firm's advisory practice.Key Responsibilities:Lead the Advisory Services practice within the FirmFractional CFO oversight and responsibilities for clients to includeFinancial Planning & Strategy, Technical Accounting, Financial Reporting & Analysis, Cash Flow Forecasking, Cash Flow Management, M&A Support, Strategic Advisory, Systems Implementation, Sox Compliance & Due Diligence Internal audit outsourcing Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, positioning the firm as a trusted advisorOversee and manage client engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance, and value-added recommendationsProvide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environmentDevelop and implement best practices for advisory services to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellenceStay current with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to offer innovative solutions to clientsQualifications & Skills:CPA requiredMinimum of 12 years of relevant and related experience in public accounting or consulting, with at least 5 years in an advisory leadership roleProven track record of managing and growing a successful advisory practiceExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple client relationships and engagements simultaneouslyStrong business development and networking skillsA proactive, strategic thinker with the ability to drive resultsWhat We Can Offer You: Be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking firm with a strong reputation for excellenceOpportunity to make a significant impact on the firm's growth and successCompetitive compensation and benefits packageAccess to ongoing professional development and leadership opportunitiesA collaborative work culture that values innovation and client-centered solutions
