Senior Tax Associate

Our client, a public accounting and consulting firm located in the Atlanta area is looking for a Senior Tax Associate to join their team. This opportunity will be hybrid setting with 2 days remote.Responsibilities:Prepare federal, state, and local income tax returns and information filings.Work on individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns, including the preparation of workpapers.Apply fundamental tax concepts and knowledge to deliver personalized solutions for clients.Efficiently identify, research, and analyze tax issues.Ensure that all federal and state income tax returns are prepared timely, accurately, and in compliance with relevant laws.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Masters of Accounting or Taxation preferredCPA license or are looking to become CPA eligible in the near future 2 - 4 years' experience preparing corporate, partnership, and individual, and fiduciary income tax returns in a public accounting firmMinimum one (1) year experience supervising and directing work of tax preparers
