Corporate Controller (40340) Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Corporate Controller. This company is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, organized, and has excellent leadership skills. This company provides a highly tenured team, collaborative culture, and flexibility. This position is onsite.The salary for this job is $90k - $105k.The Corporate Controller will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and review financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations.Day-to-day management of accounting operations, including AP and AR.Prepare and process invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.Monitor cash flow and ensure proper allocation of funds.Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.Develop and implement effective accounting policies and processes.The Corporate Controller will possess the following: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Excellent people management skills with experience mentoring and setting direction.Background in manufacturing, with 5+ years of experience as a Controller or equivalent.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Equal Opportunity Employer The compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
