We are seeking an Executive Briefing Center Manager for a fast-growing technology company. The EBC Manager will work closely with GTM teams and executives to help plan and execute executive briefings (EBCs).This is a full-time contract position, based in the Bay Area. 50% of time spent in the San Francisco office is required. ~10% travel/quarter.Responsibilities: Design and deliver high-touch executive briefings through in-person and virtual formatsOversee the full end-to-end EBC process - from initial intake request, partnering with field stakeholders on agenda creation, prep process, and day of briefing logisticsAssist in sourcing all EBC executive & product discussion leaders and building relevant customer-focused agendasSupport the briefing prep process; including scheduling & running prep calls, ensuring briefing doc completion, and procuring any additional prep materials that are neededHelp host on the day of the briefing - prepare the account team, capturing notes, room set up, and support in facilitating the conversationAssist in post-EBC feedback and next stepsOversee ~10-15 EBCs per quarter across in-office at HQ, roadshows in top markets, and virtualRequirements: Experience in Go to Market (sales, customer success, solutions consulting, marketing) and/or in an Executive Briefing Center requiredAt least 5 years of relevant coordination and executive briefing experience; experience managing schedules for events is a plusMust have ability to interface effectively with executive-level customer audiencesStrong verbal and written communication skills + attention to detailDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced work environmentAbility to pivot with last-minute changes and deadlines while showing grace under pressurePrevious experience working with sales is a plus!Excellent project management skills; intermediate Gsuite skills (Gmail, Gcal, Slides), experience with Briefing Source & Salesforce a plus.
