Our success is about buying right and managing right.We are looking for someone with a proven management track record of leading a team on a day-to-day basis. The responsibilities include general property management, maintenance, Rehab/development supervision , supervising accounting, records, supervising end of year financials and supervising the leasing of all types of commercial real estate. This position requires excellent accounting skills, problem-solving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, insurance compliance, bank reports and regulatory agencies.The perfect candidate should have least 2 - 5 years of leadership experience in one of the areas of Accounting, Development Project Management, Operations Management or Property Management with a background in Accounting please forward your resume with a reference letter and salary history in order to arrange an interview for this position.
