The ideal candidate will possess a strong network, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in sourcing and finalizing leasing deals. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high energy, dynamic team environment and contribute to our growth and success.Key Responsibilities:Identify, qualify and pursue national, regional, and local prospects for various commercial properties across our U.S Portfolio.Forge and cultivate high-impact relationships with retailers, tenant brokers, and industry leaders to drive networking success and elevate our team's performance.Drive profitable outcomes by negotiating, preparing, and managing lease agreements that align strategically with the company's objectives.Proactively handle tenant renewals to maintain each asset's income stream.Review the portfolio for opportunities to upgrade tenancy, increase rent and improve lease language/provisions to add long-term value to the assets.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the local commercial real estate market.Collaborate with property management and development teams on tenant improvements and property strategies.Analyze financial metrics related to leasing activities.Work with marketing team to prepare sales tools including marketing packages and merchandising plans for properties.Track leasing performance metrics and communicate quantifiable results to leadership.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in commercial leasing, sales, or a similar role.High-energy, tenacious, results-focused professional with a passion for commercial real estate and a proven ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.Proven track record in lease negotiations and tenant relations, with a strong sales background.Strong network within the commercial real estate industry.Proficiency in leasing management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze financial data and market trends effectively.Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field.Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulatory compliance is a plus.
