About the company: Our client is seeking an associate attorney with complex commercial litigation experience to join a highly ranked team in San Francisco. Matters include antitrust, class actions, trademark/copyright, and trade secrets.Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will encompass a range of matters, including:Research and writingDrafting a range of legal documents including motions, briefs, and demand lettersTaking and defending depositions as well as prepare deposition outlines and witnessesHandling all phases of discoveryCommunicating with clients and opposing counselCollaborating with other teamsQualifications: Admission to the California or New York bar is required. A distinguished academic record and a federal or state supreme court clerkship is preferred.
