Estimator-HVACPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating and bidding on HVAC, Fire Suppression, and Plumbing projects for commercial and multi-family properties.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit accurate bids and estimates for HVAC, Fire Suppression, and Plumbing projectsReview project plans, specifications, and other documents to identify project requirementsCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to develop project estimatesMaintain accurate project records and documentationProvide technical support and guidance on project-related issuesMonitor project costs and progress throughout the project lifecycleQualificationsMinimum of 3 years experience as an Estimator in the HVAC industryExperience with Fire Suppression, Commercial, Multi Family, HVAC, Sprinkler, and Plumbing projectsStrong knowledge of HVAC systems and componentsExperience Working in Occupied Environments is a Huge PlusAbility to read and interpret project plans and specificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating softwareBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision401K with Company MatchGenerous PTOEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
