We are looking for a success-oriented and goal-driven Graphic Installer to join our dynamic, high performing team.AGI Vision Statement - Promote profitable, steady growth by providing the absolute best product and customer experience utilizing a high-performance culture that is built on TRUST, RELIABILITY & FLEXIBILITY.Graphics Installer - Key Responsibilities:Installation of vinyl graphics for vehicles and signageRead and interpret graphic installation instructionsInteraction with clients in a polite and courteous mannerMaintenance of client information, photos, notes, and record keepingPlan and organize projects as well as meet schedule commitmentsFlexibility to shift priorities when neededWorks with Department Lead to ensure materials and information are ready for each projectWe are looking for:5+ Years Experience in Graphic Installations, Window Tinting, PPF Application, or Color Change WrapsOrganizational and self-managing skillsAbility to troubleshoot problems as they arise with proactive decision-making abilitiesHigh level of scrutiny and standards for quality controlAbility to read a tape measure and take accurate measurementsMechanical aptitude (experience with power tools, ladders, scaffolding, basic automotive skills)Basic construction trade experience is beneficial (works well with hands)Written and verbal communication skillsCompetitive spirit and desire to winA valid driver's license with a clean driving recordWe offer:Competitive compensation packageExceptional Healthcare plan - we also pay the initial $750 of your out-of-pocket health care expenses401(K) match up to 5%Paid Time OffPaid public holidaysA positive, clean, fast-paced, and friendly work environmentComprehensive training programMultiyear ProgressionAGI is an equal opportunity employer.
