Since 2006, we have represented landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, brokers and developers at both institutional and entrepreneurial levels. We are seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join our team. This role will provide an opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases including contract disputes, property rights issues, commercial leases, zoning and land use matters, partnership disputes, and corporate litigation. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage real estate and business litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal Develop and execute comprehensive trial strategies Conduct legal researchDraft and argue motions, pleadings, and appellate briefsTake and defend depositionsNegotiate settlements and participate in mediation/arbitrationProvide legal advice and guidance to clients on risk management and dispute resolution in real estate and business transactionsStay current with changes in real estate and business lawsQualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolActive membership in the California State BarMinimum of 15 years' experience, preferably with a focus on real estate and business litigationDemonstrated success in handling real estate and business disputesExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skillsCompensation and BenefitsHealth insurance401(k) plan with employer matchPaid time offCompetitive salary commensurate with experience and specialization
