Our client, a leader in the service industry, is seeking a Service Coordinator to join their team. As a Service Coordinator, you will be part of the operations team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, advanced communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Service Coordinator Location: Warrendale, PA Pay Rate: $22/hour What's the Job? Maintain sales opportunity, contracts, pricing, and service order data in the customer relations management (CRM) and business systems. Exhibit a positive attitude and maintain a proven good attendance record. Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives. Collaborate effectively within a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Utilize advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office, ERP/MRP, and CRM systems. What's Needed? Associates degree in business or a related discipline with 3 years of experience in inside sales, telephone sales, customer service, or equivalent education and experience. Strong Excel skills, as reflected in your resume. Intermediate knowledge of selling services. Advanced interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees and customers.
