Entity: Customers & ProductsJob Family Group: Strategic Planning & Business Development GroupJob Description: We are looking for a motivated and analytical Fleet Strategy Specialist to join our team. This person will serve as the liaison between the fleet business segment and the other M&CA business segments and relevant business and functional leaders to ensure short and long-term strategy alignment. Provide external and broader internal insights as input into the fleet strategy. Communicate, monitor, and report on the M&C Americas fleet strategy and performance in conjunction with the vice president, Fleet and Fleet business segment leaders to deliver a differentiated, competitive offer. Duties and ResponsibilitiesAlign and integrate fleet into other business segment strategies (e.g. convenience and mobility, network planning, digital commerce, etc.)Articulate, communicate, monitor and support delivery of fleet strategy roadmap (near to mid-term - 5 year horizon) through the established roadmap refresh and portfolio management processesMonitor market trends and provide competitor insights to support the fleet business leveraging both internal and external resourcesPartner with the M&C Americas Network and Portfolio Management team to proactively assess commercial development opportunities for strategic fit and prioritization within the portfolioActively participate in relevant global fleet forums bringing forward regional perspectivesExperience, Education & SkillsBachelors Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related degree MBA encouraged 10+ years convenience retail related experience - operational or strategicExperience developing and delivering international/multi country strategies & programsExperience leading efforts in a highly matrixed, global organizationExperience managing conflict and aligning stakeholders at all levelsHigh degree of strategic insight, including the ability to progress complex problems in a changing environment and align objectives with business strategyHigh degree of ability to build and maintain productive working relationships and to influence individuals at all levels of internal & external organizationsStrong communication skills - verbal and writtenProven business and financial understandingConsidering Joining bp?At bp, we support our people to learn and grow in a diverse and exciting environment.
