CGI ARM SME/Techno Functional Lead (Remote)

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled CGI ARM SME/Techno Functional Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SQL Server GIT Python AWS and ARM. Experience in Work and Asset Management-Transmission is a plus. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to manage projects effectively and ensure successful delivery. Responsibilities Lead project planning sessions and coordinate resources to ensure timely project completion. Oversee all aspects of project execution including setting deadlines assigning responsibilities and monitoring progress. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status risks and issues. Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. Utilize SQL Server for database management and ensure data integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Implement version control using GIT to manage codebase and track changes. Develop and maintain scripts using Python to automate tasks and improve efficiency. Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS to ensure scalability and reliability of project deployments. Utilize ARM templates for infrastructure as code to streamline provisioning and management of resources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential project challenges. Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication among team members. Monitor project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in SQL Server GIT Python AWS and ARM. Demonstrate excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Have experience in Work and Asset Management-Transmission (nice to have). Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Display strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project risks. Show commitment to continuous improvement and learning. Possess a relevant project management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2).
