We are looking for a customer relations specialist committed to serving our patients with compassion and integrity. As a customer relations specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating referrals and maintaining communication between clinical supervisors and the agency. Most importantly, you'll be a key player in ensuring patients have a smooth referral process and get timely access to the care they need. Qualifications: A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible careEducation: Associate degree preferredExperience: Minimum of 1-year experience in a health care setting. Customer Service and office management experience preferredRequired: Reliable transportation.
