Responsibilities Strategize and execute growth campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement. Maintain and grow business development relationships. Manage and grow social media accounts, including creating posts and responding to users. Plan and implement community initiatives, including managing Discord moderators. Collaborate with graphic designers to create marketing materials. Manage a network of twitter accounts Requirements In-Person, in NYC. Proven experience scaling user bases in startups, ideally in crypto / web3. Strong skills in narrative driven marketing, campaign execution, and community management. Creative, fast-paced, and able to work independently. Analytical mindset with experience using attribution and analytics tools.
