We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Manager with proven experience leading and developing winning real estate solutions for corporate occupiers. This individual understands how our client's suite of services work together and can articulate their unique value add to prospective portfolio clients. Though an individual contributor, the Senior Solutions Manager leads internal stakeholders through the entire sales cycle, including the development of the proposed staffing model, recommended services and technologies, and competitive pricing models. They then produce visually appealing materials - in PPT and InDesign - to communicate the solution in a succinct and compelling manner. This is a highly visible and collaborative role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively across the client's service lines and offices. Preferred location:Remote (Continental US, East Coast or Chicago a plus!)We recognize that individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences are important to creating unique client solutions. With that mindset, we are looking for that ideal prospect who will:Leverage their deep understanding of real estate outsourcing to develop custom solutions for each prospect, evaluating their unique challenges and goals.Lead the bid management process through the development of RFIs, RFPs, and client presentations.Partner with sales leads and subject matter experts to create custom solutions for each prospect.Establish a proposal response schedule that outlines action items, the team member responsible, and internal deadlines - this includes pricing templates and MSA redlines.Write original short- and long-form copy (initial proposal drafts, resumes, case studies, etc.), including Cover Letters or Executive Summaries for important pursuits - the ability to create custom narratives from scratch is critical, and proof points will be requested.Manage the revision process and ensure content is finalized in a timely manner to allow for formatting and design.Input and upload the final proposal to procurement platforms when applicable (e.g., Ariba).Develop additional deliverables following proposal submission, as needed (Workshops, YellowPads, Final Presentations, Best and Final Offers, etc.).Conduct knowledge management by maintaining a library of newly developed content and ensuring that content is routinely updated and easily accessible for future use.Identify and share best practices and process improvements.Candidate profile:Bachelor's degree preferred and 8-10 years of relevant solutions sales and proposal development experience.Strong ability to listen to multiple stakeholders, synthesize what was heard, and develop a winning solution - proven experience working with cross-functional teams is a must.Proven experience managing formal procurement processes for commercial real estate services.Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills - attention to detail is critical.Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines.Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign is a must) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work across multiple time zones to accommodate global initiatives.#AV1
