Machine Operator

Our client, a well-established food and beverage leader, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging line. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, the ability to lead others, and a strong commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Manawa, WI Pay Range: $21.00 to $28.00 per hour Shift: 12 Hour Days OR Nights on a 2,2,3 Schedule  What's the Job? Operating a machine to ensure efficient production. Ensuring the line is running smoothly on packaging lines. Picking up materials from pallets, hand trucks, and placing them on the conveyor. Maintaining quality control to ensure a quality product. Collaborating with team members to optimize production processes. What's Needed? Previous machine operating experience required. Food manufacturing experience is a plus! Great communication skills and ability to lead others on the line. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
