LOCATION: NEW YORK CITY, NY (Upper west side) CLIENT: Park North Physical Therapy 2804 Broadway SETTING: OP Ortho START DATE: Mid-end Feb Current TOA ends 2/21 *Client looking for perm GUARANTEE: 40 hours ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 13 Weeks REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: Must have OP ortho experience Prefers manual experience and/or certifications STAFF: 4 PTs on staff but 1 is leaving in Nov EMR:  Prompt EMR Also uses Predictive Health AI software for documentation *Cuts documenting down a quarter from normal systems *AI software helps with notes and speeds things up CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: Avg 55 patients/week: Goal is 2 patients/hour--PT sees the patient for 30 mins then the tech will work with them on treatments. PT will still be able to see patient 1 hour evals 85% productivity is the goal Up to 1 hour lunch option SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri, would like a Sat weekend rotation every few weeks working 8a-3p, but not a deal breaker if they don't want to work Sat. ADDITIONAL INFO: Spacious facility, 2300 sq ft - prime location in NYC! Housing can be a hurdle bc of location.  Met at APTA PPS, Sam (owner and PT) is very friendly (talks fast!)   LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS: Broadway Between 108th and 109th • 2 Blocks from 110th (1) Train • 10 minute walk from Columbia University SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Days off Open to work Sat rotation?   COVID VACCINE REQUIRED?   TAKE HOME:   BILL RATE: $72-$80 based on experience
