Industrial/Manufacturing Maintenance TechnicianDirect hire/Perm Shifts available: 1 mid/swing/2nd shift role , 1 overnight/3rd shift role We are looking to connect with, and to bring on a pair of skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our team in support of our manufacturing operations, as key team members on the Maintenance team.The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the efficient operation of all manufacturing equipment through regular maintenance and repairs, working with the Production and other Maintenance leaders on scheduling preventive and downtime for repairs, and ensuring product/production quality while minimizing any impact on throughput and downtime for both equipment and operators.We are ideally looking for a well rounded profile, those with a strong background in both electrical and mechanical systems, with a focus on preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance production efficiency in an industrial/manufacturing setting.PLEASE NOTE: We have both a 2nd and 3rd shift role open at this time, sorry, no first shifts, but if that is what you are looking for....please email me and I can keep an eye out for a different first shift oppty.Some of the day to day Responsibilities of the role, will include:Working to Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery and equipmentDiagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issuesPerforming repairs on equipment as needed to ensure safe and efficient operationImplementing and monitoring preventive maintenance programsAssist with the installation of new equipment and systemsMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairsCollaborate with other departments to optimize production processesAdhere to safety protocols and regulations at all timesQualificationsProven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar roleStrong knowledge of industrial maintenance practicesFamiliarity with PLC and electrical controlsExperience with mechanical systems and automation technologyAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and schematicsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailRelevant certifications in maintenance or electrical fields are a plusExcellent communication and teamwork skillsIf you are in need of a return to work, or looking for a change, and can work a 2nd or 3rd shift, this might be a great option.Please apply/email me with your info and let's connect and discuss....Even if this isn't the PERFECT fit, we may have others, and who knows....maybe it will be just what you are looking for.russ.holland@BenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
