Our team is committed to providing exceptional service and an outstanding shopping experience.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Manager with a strong background in luxury jewelry, specifically in diamonds and colored gemstones. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of management experience, a passion for high-quality jewelry, and a commitment to exceeding sales goals and delivering excellent customer service.Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring the store meets or exceeds performance goals. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and customer-focused environment. Build and maintain relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and personalized guidance. Manage inventory, including the selection and display of high-value diamonds and colored stones. Monitor and analyze store performance, implementing strategies to achieve sales targets. Maintain store visual standards, ensuring all displays reflect our luxury brand and attract customers. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and solutions-oriented manner. Collaborate with corporate management on marketing initiatives and promotional events. Qualifications: 4-5 years of management experience, ideally in luxury retail or jewelry. Strong knowledge of diamonds, colored gemstones, and luxury jewelry products. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
