Tax Manager (to be considered, candidates must come a CPA firm, and have gone through a busy tax season),Compensation & Benefits: Base Salay $90,000.00 - $130,000.00, plus bonus, incredible benefits, Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO), recharge weeks after peak times with reduced hours, programs for paid family leave, medical leave, and maternity/paternity leave, retirement benefits, featuring a top-tier automatic profit-sharing plan. Our client is willing to have this position become Hybrid, but having an office presence for new hires is important to their company culture. Our client is willing to have this position work 3 days in the office and 2 from home (with Busy Season exceptions). They hiring team has been transparent that we will hire someone who is 100% on-site over hybrid candidates.Position intel:CPA Required or Willing to obtain a CPA license within 1 year. 5+ years working in Public Accounting. Will be reviewing Staff-level returns. Will help with coaching and training interns and new associates. Willing to negotiate relocation assistance - not typically provided. ResponsibilitiesEndeavor to achieve individual productivity targets set by the Firm and support colleagues in attaining the same. Direct substantial segments of client engagements, involving interactions with client management and providing advanced, specialized technical support to clients. Demonstrate commitment to the client's welfare, identifying opportunities to expand services while surpassing expectations and enhancing the client relationship. Supervise client work by efficiently assigning, mentoring, and cultivating other staff accountants as appropriate for each client engagement. Enhance client profitability by utilizing team members and continually refining the Firm's client management. Provide coaching to team members and contribute to skill development. QualificationsPossess 5+ years of accounting work experience. Exhibit experience in public accounting, preferably managing multiple engagements simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Demonstrate a determination to succeed with a keen interest in delivering exceptional services to clients. Hold a CPA license or express willingness to obtain one within the first year of employment. #ZR
