Position OverviewOur client is seeking a skilled Sr. Plumbing Designer to join their awesome and dynamic team. This role involves leading the design and layout of plumbing systems for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations while delivering innovative solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of plumbing systems for commercial and residential projects.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate plumbing systems with overall project designs.Utilize design software such as Revit and NAVISWORK to create accurate and efficient plumbing layouts.Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather data for plumbing design.Ensure all plumbing designs comply with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers and drafting staff.Review and approve shop drawings and submittals from contractors.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in plumbing design and technology.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.4+ years of experience in plumbing design.Proficient in design software including Revit, NAVISWORK, and other Autodesk products.Ability to work with a team in their Fond Du Lac office.BenefitsWe offer bonus programs, 401k plans, flexible PTO, healthcare coverage, and more!Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
