Assistant Bridal Stylist

We are looking for an Assistant Bridal Stylist to help our soon-to-be brides choose their wedding dresses and create unique looks from head to toe. To be successful in this role, you should combine your fashion knowledge with a customer service attitude to help our clients prepare themselves for their special day. Schedule is Friday-Saturday with an additional weekday (Tues-Thurs) 10am-6pm. This position is hourly and commission based. This position provides an excellent learning experience and opportunity for growth. ResponsibilitiesYour daily responsibilities will include:Making sure store is in good condition, cleaning when needed. (Emptying trash, vacuuming, straightening bridal gowns)Booking appointments through online system and via phoneAnswering emails and phone callsSteaming bridal gownsRecommending bridal gowns based on each bride's body type and personal tasteStyling bridal looks with jewelry, veils, gloves, and headpiecesTaking bride's measurements to find the most accurate sizingTake appointments when Bridal Stylists are not able toFiling documents QualificationsWe are looking for someone who:Has a great sense of styleIs self-motivatedIs energeneticCan learn quicklyIs organizedIs eager to work with brides and create wonderful relationshipsExperience in retail, preferably in a luxury boutique.Excellent communication skillsSocial media experience is a plusSewing skills are a plusCompensation Pay is anywhere from $12-17/hr with commission included. Additional opportunity for gratuity is available as well.
