Ardurra is seeking a Licensed Engineer with 8 or more years of experience to join our Water Resources team as a Project Manager!We are open to consider candidates for the following locations:Meridian, IDNampa, IDTwin Falls, IDCoeur d'Alene, IDSpokane, WAWenatchee, WACody, WYCheyenne, WYHeber City, UTSalt Lake City, UTRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Civil EngineeringPrefer Master's degree in Civil EngineeringIdaho PE License or ability to obtain within six months of hire8+ years' experience in the civil engineering fieldExtensive hydraulic design and construction experience in municipal, transportation, and/or water resourcesExperience in 1D& 2D hydraulic models to evaluate impacts of structures on flooding.Develop hydrologic models to predict flood recurrence intervals and flood volumes.Prepares studies, reports, plans, and specifications for a wider variety of projectsStrong computer skills a plus including experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStationAbility to lead existing staff and develop new staff as needed to support growth of the water resources groupProven writing and design skillsExcellent communication skillsSelf-motivated, team-oriented individual with the ability to work on challenging projects in a team environmentDetail oriented and excellent time management skillsKey ResponsibilitiesProject managementBusiness and client developmentProject designPreparation of drawingsHydraulic ModelingHydrologic ModelingFish Passage DesignHydraulic DesignQuality ControlOversight of plan developmentPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerAbility to navigate various locations and settings of the companyOccasionally lift and/or move up to 25 poundsMust possess a valid driver's license and be able to safely operate a vehicleSalary Range$100,000 to $150,000 (DOE)Why Ardurra?While Ardurra offers competitive compensation and rich benefits programs, it is our culture that truly sets us apart from our peers.
