Tax Manager

LHH is partnered with a dynamic corporate tax group for a Tax Manager opportunity! This opportunity is fully in-office with the ability to work remotely as needed. Responsibilities:Prepare domestic income tax returns, including federal and state filingsHandle international tax returns, such as Form 5471 and Form 8975Calculate quarterly state-estimated corporate income tax returns and annual extensionsAnalyze and respond to U.S. and state tax auditsAssist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual income tax provision close processEnsure proper application of accounting for income taxes (ASC 740)Maintain compliance with Section 404 of Sarbanes-OxleyManage exemption certificate collection and sales & use tax researchParticipate in special projects, including tax planning, automation, method changes, transfer pricing, and analysis of non-standard transactionsConduct tax research and analysis as neededMinimum Qualifications:4+ years of tax experience CPA required
