Design Build Superintendent - Construction

Position Overview: The Superintendent will be responsible for directing and managing various construction projects throughout the Southeast, while ensuring that they are built in accordance with design specifications and safety regulations. They will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors and vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret and implement construction drawings and specifications.Prepare and maintain project schedules, monitor milestones and provide updates to project managers.Provide field support, direction, and supervision to subcontractors and vendors.Conduct and document daily site meetings.Identify and resolve potential conflicts and disagreements with subcontractors.Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and all construction activities are in accordance with applicable safety regulations.Monitor the progress of the project and report any issues or concerns to project managers.Conduct regular quality control inspections.*Ability to travel up to 8 hours from Chattanooga TN for projectsQualificationsBachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field desired.5+ years of experience in Construction, with experience in design build construction within commercial, industrial, and/or retail.Thorough understanding of construction drawings and specifications.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Able to travel for projects, up to 8 hour drive range from ChattanoogaBenefitsFull Benefits, including; 401K plans, Medical Coverage, Full PTO schedule, vehicle/gas coverage, and more!Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
