Job DescriptionA top teaching hospital in New York City is hiring a Urologist.ResponsibilitiesDirect patient careTeaching and supervision of Urology residents and students in an academic community hospital settingThe greatest need is for general urology but have subspecialty need for urologists with additional experience in reconstruction, female/pelvic medicine, voiding dysfunction and endourology.Schedule: 40 hours per week with flexibility, call responsibilities will be no more than 1 in 4 and are also flexible.Faculty appointment RequirementsMD degreeBoard certified/board eligible by the American Board of UrologyValid New York State LicenseDEA and Medicaid number.Highly motivated and dedicated physician interested in working with an urban, ethnically diverse, underserved population in a dynamic and supportive academic setting.
