The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and management of a large, complex project and/or multiple projects.Senior Project Manager ResponsibilitiesMeet financial, schedule, and quality benchmarks as well as client goalsProvide leadership, develop staff and act as a liaison to owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors.Participate in planning of project budgets and RFP packages (if indicated)Oversee job site safety and quality controlCoordinate and collaborate with Superintendent and site team on scheduling, sub-coordination, and material deliveryPrepare and update master schedule, as requiredEstablish and communicate job processes, including RFIs, RCOs, owner invoices, provide approval prior to submissionConduct project meetings and OAC meetingsPrepare owner and miscellaneous invoices including retention managementUpdate cost reports on a timely basis and attend all financial operations meetingsManage job(s) close-out in a timely and cost-effective manner, including final punchlist preparationSupervise project team and provide training to assistant PMs, project engineers and project administrators, including employee reviews, lead inhouse training programsSenior Project Manager Qualifications10+ years experience in the construction industry managing all divisions of "ground-up" Commercial projects2+ years of experience managing projects in excess of $10MFour-year degree in engineering, construction management or business is preferredExperiencing running multiple projects simultaneouslyWorking knowledge of estimating, sub buyout, scope, risk management, scheduling and change ordersUnderstanding of project accounting and ability to regularly update/manage cost reportsTeam leader committed to training with a passion for helping team members reach their potentialCommitment to excellence and to "do the right thing"Relationship-driven, with colleagues, owners, subs, vendors and potential clientsSenior Project Manager BenefitsCompetitive compensation with bonus opportunityMatching 401K, full medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement planFlexible work scheduleCompany venues!If working with a motivated, fun team that is committed to success while having a flexible schedule that offers a true work/life balance sounds appealing to you, don't miss out on this opportunity and apply online NOW or submit your resume and project list to david.burgess@.
