The ideal candidate will have a passion for building customer relationships, service-oriented mindset, and a proven track record of success in any industry that requires sales or customer service expertise.ResponsibilitiesDevelop expert knowledge and insights of specific neighborhoods to provide consultation for purchasing and selling of Real Estate. Maintain knowledge of market conditions, price trends, mortgage rates, and regulation changes to provide insights to clients.Build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and keep them updated throughout the buying process from start to beyond finish.Assess buyer client's needs and perform a market analysis of relevant properties. Present a comparison of available property options and tour the properties with clients.Be a strong teammate and work closely with team members to foster and contribute to a positive, growth-minded environment.Skillfully negotiate with seller agents for best terms and price for your buyer clients. Resolve any situations to ensure a smooth closing.Qualifications1-3 years of Real Estate industry or other similar large investment experience where dedication to performance, integrity, service, and innovation come firstStrong written and verbal communication skillsInterpersonal abilities to build rapport and relationships with clients and team membersSelf-motivated and highly driven to learn and growExperience in residential Real Estate is preferredCalifornia Real Estate License Required
