We play a small role in defending our way of life from ever more innovative and organized attackers. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a lead for our growth and analytics. This role leads our product-led growth efforts and reports directly to our CEO. You should have a background in growth marketing - such as acquisition marketing - and in product management.We have an enormous number of opportunities emerging thanks to the increased accuracy and simplicity of operations of our LogLM-based solutions and our partnership with Snowflake and behind the scenes advocacy by our design partners. You will use your experience and analytical skills to lead our efforts in deciding which opportunities to seize. You will develop innovative ways to allow security practitioners to assess, and select, our solution quickly. Like everyone at Skidaway, you will be working at the intersection of deep learning and cyber security. You should have a rapacious curiosity about new approaches to solving age-old problems in cybersecurity. You must have experience in building a well instrumented go to market and in new approaches to enterprise customers. You will be joining a small team, so your impact will be enormous. You will be on a journey with a very experienced team of successful entrepreneurs.The role is almost entirely remote. We gather approximately monthly in Palo Alto as a team. Qualifications3+ years of experience in growth analytics in increasingly senior roles1+ years in direct sales or a similar roleOpenSource experience helpfulExperience in either cybersecurity or deep learning requiredExperience with Snowflake or similar systems requiredAbility to work independently and as part of a cross-functional teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPassionate about building impactful technologies and organizations
