Nurse Director Emergency Depertment

Community hospital looking to bring on a Nursing Director ER! Quarterly Bonus Incentive!Responsibilities include staff development, evidence based clinical practice; personnel resource/productivity management; fiscal management; patient quality, safety and performance improvement; and regulatory compliance.Emergency Department consists of 14 rooms, with a current renovation underway to expand to 20-rooms December 2025. Bachelor's degree of Nursing (BSN) is required.Registered Nurse in North Carolina is required (or compact state). American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS is required.3+ years supervisory experience (Manager role or above) in the Emergency Department. Master's degree (MSN, MHA, etc.) is preferred.Experience working in a community hospital Emergency Department is preferred.
