ResponsibilitiesAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territoryDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsorsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to customer needs and objectivesForecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitsPrepare reports on account statusServe as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersQualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsSolid experience with CRM softwareProven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant roleProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExperience with MS OfficeExperience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelJob Highlights100% remote optional but must be based in CaliforniaTemp to perm or direct hire3 - 6+ years of experience in commercial insurance industry as an Account Manager or Account ExecutiveMaintain a valid unrestricted California Fire & Casualty Insurance license Proficiency in agency management software (AMS 360 / EPIC) Compensation$32.43 - $41.62 /hour Pay RateTo be considered for our current job openings, we kindly ask that you complete your registration by clicking the "apply" button.At Premier Talent Partners, we are a people-centered recruitment firm with a strong focus on Skills-Based hiring.
