Explore exciting career opportunities today and help shape the future of luxury fashion while enjoying the benefits of a performance-driven environment.The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company with clients to drive sales, grow the base, and sustain the brand while supporting the management team in ensuring the store follows company policies and proceduresCORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Customer Serviceâ— Actively builds client confidence by creating an engaging interactive experienceâ— Gain new clients meeting conversion goals and continue to service the existing clientbaseâ— Resolves customer service issues swiftlyâ— Ensure customer's needs are surpassed without hesitation.â— Consistently meets/exceeds both store and individual sales goals including KPIsâ— Maximize the customer experienceâ— Maintain a positive outlook and professional demeanor while supporting companyinitiativesâ— Ensures the methodology of the Retail Excellence program is the standard practiceand followed dailyâ— Assist client advisors with client service inquiries when neededâ— Ongoing reinforcement of all aspects related to clienteling in partnership with themanagement teamStaff Partnershipâ— Promotes a positive working environment through effective communication amongstpeers, Management, and Corporate Officeâ— Uses training as the tool to refine and enhance the knowledge of the teamâ— Demonstrate leadership and lead by exampleâ— Leads on the sales floor using the methodology of the Retail Excellenceâ— Ensures that the store environment emulates the company DNAâ— Participate and attend while also being able to lead a morning meeting in support orabsence of the management team.Operationsâ— Consistently adheres to company policies and proceduresâ— Possesses working knowledge of POS systemâ— Communicate all store-related issues to the Store Manager when unable to solve themon their ownâ— Performs opening/closing duties as requiredâ— Uses time effectively when not servicing clientsâ— Accountable for protecting MaxMara assets and minimizing shrinkâ— Supporting the management team in developing and implementing the store's overallobjectiveâ— Ensuring full compliance in accordance with the Company's policies and proceduresStore Visualsâ— Maintains a clean working environment and ensures the presentation of the product isconsistent with standards.â— Is fully knowledgeable of the productâ— And other duties assigned from time to timeâ— Enforce merchandising standards as set forth by the visual departmentâ— Maintains and communicates strong product feedback to the management teamâ— Consistently uphold the brand's imageREQUIRED SKILLS/EDUCATIONâ— Minimum 1-3 years of Retail experience; luxury a plusâ— RTW and shoe experience is a plus; product experience in luxury or high-end retail isstrongly preferredâ— Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsâ— Able to work independently as well as collaborativelyâ— Proficient computer skillsâ— Max Mara is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
