Senior Tax Accountant

Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Tax Senior or Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax compliance and planning, with a focus on HNWIs and various entity structures. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the firm's strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review complex tax returns for HNWIs, S-Corps, C-Corps, partnerships, nonprofits, and trusts/estates.Conduct tax research and provide advisory services to clients regarding tax implications and strategies.Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and timely communication.Oversee and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support on tax matters and professional development.Assist in the development and implementation of tax planning strategies to optimize client outcomes.Stay current on tax laws and regulations, proactively communicating changes to clients.Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive service offerings.Assist in managing the tax workflow to ensure deadlines are met and work is of the highest quality.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's in Taxation or related preferred.CPA certification required.5+ years of progressive tax experience in a CPA firm, with a focus on HNWIs and various business entities.Strong technical skills in tax compliance and planning, particularly in S-Corps, C-Corps, partnerships, nonprofits, and trusts/estates.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans.Opportunities for professional development and continuing education.Flexible work arrangements and a supportive work-life balance.
