This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site, providing the perfect balance for work-life integration.Key Responsibilities:Lead the financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that align with company goals.Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and actionable insights.Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.Support the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.3-8 years of experience in financial planning, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.Experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
