Job DescriptionPersonal Lines Account Manager / ProducerOverviewA leading agency is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Personal Lines Account Manager/Producer to join their team. This role will require a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for building client relationships, and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Proactively identify opportunities to review and update clients' insurance policies based on their evolving needs and changes in the market.Generate new business by cultivating leads, networking, and leveraging existing client relationships.Utilize AMS to accurately record client information, policy details, and correspondence.Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate coverage terms and ensure competitive quotes for clients.Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with informed guidance and advice.QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance required, with a strong background in account management and/or sales.Proficiency in AMS systems, particularly AMS360.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining strong client retention.Knowledge of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.A valid insurance license is required and relevant industry certifications are preferred.Disclaimer: Please note that this job description may not cover all duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the role, and it is subject to modification at the employer's discretion.
